We run Lantern with a team of well qualified Early Years Practitioners, aided by a team of volunteers, who provide support each week. Many of these volunteers have long-term experience of working with young children and all hold current DBS certificates for working with this group. We also encourage parents to help at Lantern on a rota basis for as many sessions per term as their child attends per week. Mums, Dads, Nannies and Grandparents are equally welcome.
